About
Pixel Harbor started as a group chat between four friends who kept arguing about which mobile games were actually good. We got tired of app store listings that tell you nothing, so we decided to write the kind of reviews we wanted to read ourselves.
Everything here comes from hands-on play. We don't review a trailer or a press kit — we install the game, put real hours into it, and only then sit down to write. If a game needs a week to show its depth, we give it a week.
We cover every genre because our tastes are all over the place. One of us lives for turn-based strategy, another only touches cozy simulators, and somebody is always deep in a racing game. That mix keeps our catalog varied and our opinions honest.
We pick games based on what's interesting, not what's trending. Sometimes that's a brand-new release everyone's talking about, sometimes it's a small game that deserves more attention than it got.
