Lantern Hollow
★★★★★ 4.7
Lantern Hollow is the kind of game you play with headphones on, slowly. You wander a hand-drawn forest, solving small environmental puzzles to relight lanterns and coax life back into the woods. There's no timer, no failure state — just exploration and quiet discovery.
The puzzles are clever without being cruel. A couple made us put the phone down and think, but none of them relied on obscure logic. Everything you need is on screen if you look carefully, and the hint system is generous without spoiling the solution.
It's short, maybe four or five hours, but we didn't want more. It says what it needs to say and ends at the right moment. A lovely palate cleanser between heavier games.
